To reply to a message, simply hit Reply in your email client.
Ensure the subject line remains the same as the original message (e.g., "Re: Handover Plans for Saturday"). This helps keep the conversation organised and ensures Sam can track the context.
Write your response to Sam. Be specific and concise to avoid misunderstandings.
Example: "Hi Sam, please let _____ know that I agree with the new drop-off time. 5 PM works perfectly for me. Thanks!"
Send your reply, and Sam will rewrite your response and send it to your co-parent in a neutral tone.
To reply to a message you received via WhatsApp, send your response directly to Sam (+44 7400 410100).
